Tyson Fury impressed as UFC president Dana White posts picture of ripped physique after losing 30lbs in weight because he was told he had 10 years to live – ‘I feel like I’m 35 years of age again’

Dana White used Instagram to show the results of a new health regime, as he revealed a dramatic weight loss helped prolong his life.

The 53-year-old UFC president recently joined forces with Gary Brecka of 10X Health Systems, who has found a way to predict your death date based on your blood and DNA samples - and White was shocked by his results.

"This guy can take your blood and your DNA and tell you when you're going to die, and they're right within a month," White explained on the Action Junkeez podcast.

"I connect with this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA. And the following Wednesday is when my results are supposed to be back.

“So, he calls me [and says] I'm going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work. He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work.”

White then heard he had just over 10 years to live.

"I'm all f****ed up. Everything that can be bad can be possibly bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live," he added.

“This was 16 weeks ago and he said to me 'If you don't change these things, this is your life expectancy.' He told me everything that was wrong with me, s*** I hadn't even told my wife.

"And he says, 'If you do everything I tell you to do for the next ten weeks it will change your life.' I did everything he said to the letter, and I lost 30lbs.

“Everything is gone in ten f***ing weeks, I have been working with doctors for ten years and they haven't been able to do anything. This guy is incredible and he can literally change your life.

“I feel like I’m 35 years old again. Swear to god, I feel like I’m 35 again.”

The UFC boss is feeling better than ever after his health kick and recently took to social media to show off the results of his hard work with a seriously impressive shirtless picture.

Just mere months after being told he only has a decade of life left in him, White now has abs in his fifties and has radically improved his chances of living to be an old man.

And his results have led to many positive comments, with ESPN broadcaster Laura Sanko writing: "That's amazing, well done."

Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn left an emoji with a grimaced face, while actor Mario Lopez said: "We need to break this down my man."

Even WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury was impressed with the results.

He re-posted the image on Instagram and added: "Wow Dana White is looking fantastic.

"Hard work pays off. Go get it people."

White will be welcoming fans back to the UFC house on Saturday for a fight night at the Apex, a week after shutting it down for billionaire Mark Zuckerberg.

His next big card, though, will be on 22 October in Abu Dhabi when Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev headline UFC 280.
