Nottingham Forest v Brighton preview
Brighton make the trip north to Nottingham as favourites for victory on Saturday afternoon despite not having won a Premier League game since September.
Roberto de Zerbi's run of six league games without a win, most recently being held to a 1-1 draw by a Sheffield United side who were bottom of the table heading into the match, has seen his side drop down to eighth place in the table.
The Seagulls kicked off the season with an electric start, winning five of their first six league games but haven't found victory in the league since, potentially hindered by having a small squad and now having the additional task of a Europa League campaign following their sixth place finish last season.
On the other half of the coin though, Brighton have lost just one of their last eight matches in all competitions, coming in an away defeat to Manchester City, and are unbeaten in their last five.
The Sussex side have won two of their last five games, both coming against Ajax in the Europa League, drawing three of their last four in all competitions, but have only managed to pick up four points from their last six league games.
They come up against a Nottingham Forest side who have also been struggling of late, winning just one of their last eight matches.
Steve Cooper's side impressed in a 3-0 victory over high-flying Aston Villa at the start of the month but gave up a 2-1 lead at West Ham a fortnight ago in the last game before last week's international break, losing 3-2 and halting their progress.
Forest head into the weekend 14th in the table, eight points clear of the relegation zone and only three points off the top half, a gap they will be aiming to close on Saturday at their home stadium, in which they are unbeaten in the league this season.
Nottingham Forest took four points off Brighton last season, and will be aiming to repeat their victory over them at the City Ground back in April.
The Seagulls are winless in their last three matches against Saturday's opponents and have just one win in their last four trips to the City Ground.
