Arsenal injury list: Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Jesus close to returns but Ben White joins Jurrien Timber on absentee list
Arsenal are still looking to mount another Premier League title challenge this year after falling short last season, but injuries aren't helping.
The Gunners have been without new signing Jurrien Timber for the whole season, while Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Jesus have both also had spells out of the side.
Little niggles to Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli haven't helped, leaving Arsenal stretched in certain areas.
However, there does appear to be some positive news regarding a couple of players.
Arsenal's injury list and how long they are out for
Jurrien Timber [ACL injury] - unknown
Timber impressed during the Community Shield win against Manchester City before leaving the field just minutes into his Premier League debut.
The Dutchman is currently recovering, but the latest reports from the Netherlands suggest he won't be playing again until the start of next season.

Gabriel Jesus [hamstring strain] - few days
Jesus asked to come off during Arsenal's Champions League game away against Sevilla with a hamstring problem.
He was then surprisingly called up by Brazil for the latest round of international matches but played 90 minutes in their 1-0 defeat to Argentina.
Thomas Partey [unspecified muscle problem] - 6-7 weeks
Partey has struggled with injuries throughout the majority of 2023 and this latest issue looks set to keep him out until 2024.
When fit, the Ghanaian is a key part of Arteta's team, but these medium-term issues leave the Gunners short in midfield.

Emile Smith Rowe [knee problem] 3-4 weeks
The England international isn't a regular first-team player anymore but still has the quality to make an impact when called upon.
Unfortunately, he's out with a knee injury and isn't expected back until near the end of next month.
Martin Odegaard [concussion] - few days
Odegaard missed a few games before the international break due to a couple of problems, but he's overcome those and should be back in the first-team squad imminently.
The Arsenal captain didn't play against Newcastle because of a hip issue and then suffered a concussion in training, meaning he missed out against Sevilla and Burnley.
Odegaard didn't play for Norway in matches against Scotland or Faroe Islands during the break but is back in first-team training.
Ben White [unspecified muscle issue] - unknown
White is one of Arsenal's most important players and is involved in nearly every game.
However, he currently has an unknown muscle problem that saw him miss the Burnley match, and Mikel Arteta will hope it's nothing serious.
